Previously, Paolo was Vice President of Media and Data at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he oversaw advertising for its iconic U.S. brands and built the company’s marketing data infrastructure to unlock scaled personalization and performance. He also founded and led the global eCommerce marketing function at ZX Ventures, AB InBev’s venture arm, helping startups thrive within a corporate ecosystem. Paolo spent nearly a decade at Google as a founding member of its internal Media Lab, where he helped establish digital best practices to market Google’s B2B and B2C products worldwide. A recognized thought leader in marketing innovation, Paolo has shaped industry standards in measurement, attention-based buying, and AI integration. He serves on the Board of the Ad Club of New York, mentors emerging talent, and actively supports initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and opportunity across the industry and beyond.
