Online Voting for Ticket and Badge Holders
Tribeca Festival is back with our Audience Awards! Voting is completely online through the use of “My Tickets” on the Tribeca Festival website.
- Films eligible for Audience Awards will have a pre-show screen card declaring eligibility and a post-show Q&A screen card to remind attendees to vote.
- Only one vote per purchased screening ticket or badge scan of a film. Voting is a 5 star rating system, with 1 star being the lowest rating and 5 stars the highest rating. Changing your rating does not count as a new vote, it will override your previous vote.
- To vote for an eligible show you attended, login to your My Tickets page via tribecafilm.com or tribecafilm.com/festival/my-tickets and select from your list of screenings. You can also enter your ticket or badge ID manually.
- If you are voting using a ticket or pass that is not associated with your email, you must create a new login and click the “Vote for a show you attended” button at the top of the page, then enter your ticket ID or 8-digit pass ID found on the front of your credential.
- You cannot vote for a film until the screening has ended.
If you have followed these instructions step by step and are still experiencing difficulties, please try signing out and in again to your My Tickets login, using a computer in lieu of your phone, or clearing your computer cache.
All of the above not successful? Email us back with your full name, ticket or badge ID, and the screening with date/time, and we will help troubleshoot as soon as we can!
Please note voting for all screenings is open until 11:59pm on Friday, June 12th.
