Full Circle Expeditions, led by mountaineer Phil Henderson, isn’t just about summiting mountains: it’s about making the outdoors accessible to all. In 2022, Henderson organized the first all-Black team to attempt Mount Everest, bringing together a group of climbers determined to take on both the mountain and the perceptions of who belongs there.
